Feel Strong, Supported, and in Control of Your Body Again

Specialized coaching for moms to restore their core, improve posture, and rebuild strength from the inside out.

I understand that a woman's journey to fitness is a unique and transformative experience, particularly during the beautiful phases of pregnancy and motherhood. I am here to support you every step of the way, from your prenatal preparations to postpartum recovery and beyond.

My mission is to empower women to lead healthier, stronger, and more confident lives, all while embracing the incredible changes their bodies go through during the extraordinary stages of motherhood.

I’ve Been Where You Are:

After pregnancy, everything changes.

Your body feels different.
Your core feels weak.
You might notice bloating, a “mom pooch,” or that your stomach never quite feels flat again — no matter what you try.

I’ve been there too.

Trying to work out harder… eat better… do more — but still feeling disconnected from my body.

What I didn’t realize at the time?

It wasn’t about doing more.
It was about doing things differently.

Whether you're an expecting mother looking for safe and effective prenatal workouts or a new mom seeking guidance on regaining your strength and vitality post-pregnancy, let's embrace the power of womanhood and embark on a path to vitality, strength, and confidence.

Your transformative fitness journey begins here.

Welcome to Mayra Hall's Team!

That "Mom Pooch"?
Maybe is not Stubborn Belly Fat — it can be Core Dysfunction

That lower belly that won’t go away?

In many cases, it’s not fat.

It’s a lack of deep core connection.

Pregnancy can disrupt how your core, breathing, and posture work together. And without restoring those patterns, your body compensates — leading to:

  • Bloated abdomen

  • Weak core

  • Poor posture

  • Back discomfort

  • That “always sticking out” belly

The good news?

This can be fixed with the right approach.
